Purchasing a home in another country can be quite scary, especially when you don’t speak the language. I found Claudia through an expat YouTube channel I follow and scheduled a Zoom meeting with her. From start to finish and beyond Claudia was nothing short of amazing. I arrived in Madeira and 15 days later I started the process of buying a home. Claudia went above and beyond. She was my translator, my negotiator, my transportation, etc. She made what could’ve been an extremely stressful situation a truly joyous experience. Claudia made my families dream come true and I can honestly say that I don’t think this would’ve happened without her. We’ve now owned our home in Calheta for over a year and love it. Claudia has become family to us, every time we fly out we message her to get dinner and she always makes time for us. She is an expert in her field and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

When we decided to buy a home in Portugal, we interviewed several real estate agents with an eye on honesty, depth of knowledge, and communication, and Claudia was the sure winner. Once we arrived in person she had our list of houses and additional houses of interest that we went on a marathon to view. She is a no nonsense representative of your best interests, which is rare in real estate anywhere in the world. When we closed on our house purchase, even the lawyer remarked how lucky we were to have Claudia on our side to shepherd the deal to successful completion.

I've been extremely happy with Claudia's professionalism throughout my recent condo purchase. We are from the US and had no understanding of the many challenges and pitfals acquiring real estate in Portugal entailed - and there are many.
